PAYMENT - We gladly accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard & Discover.  

MINIMUMS - There are no minimum orders on custom embroidered items.  For heat transfers, minimums will vary.  We will let you know upon submission of your request for a quote.

SHIPPING INFORMATION - If you choose to have your order shipped, you have the choice of Priority Mail or Express Mail.  Shipping charges will depend on the size of your order.

Please make sure we are given the correct shipping address.  Any charges incurred as a result of an incorrect shipping address will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the error was made by Barbara Ann Embroidery.

RETURN POLICY - No refunds.  Custom and personalized items cannot be returned.  If an error is made by us, we will replace or repair the item at no charge.

Stock items that have not been personalized can be returned for a store credit if they have not been worn or washed.  Customer is responsible for any shipping charges.

Personal items brought in by the customer will be embroidered on at customer's risk.

TURNAROUND TIMES - In stock items will be shipped in 2-3 business days.  Out of stock, custom and personalized items will be shipped in 5-10 business days.  For larger custom orders, we will contact you with turnaround time.  During the busy holiday season, your order may take longer, so order early.

PRIVACY POLICY - We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers.  We will not sell or divulge any of your personal information to anyone unless we are required by law to do so.  We may send a newsletter via e-mail or regular mail from time to time.  We will never send information via e-mail or regular mail that is unrelated to our business.  We will not sell our mailing list to anyone for any reason.
